Location
The sports centre is located right in the top north of Portugal in the Minho region, very close to the border with Spain and 150km distance to Porto. This is a place that celebrates life and all the good things for body and soul. Its natural beauty, its climate, the historical heritage that goes back to the roman age, is a delight to the eyes. Its genuine people offer everyone great hospitality, making each one of us experiment a feeling of being at home.
Sports Facilities
The Stadium is located in heart of the training centre, it is a multifunction area, capable of providing an excellent service to the preparation of professional teams and also to carry out competitions. In this area we highlight the training ground with natural grass and all the necessary support facilities, such as the changing rooms with capacity for 125 athletes. The stadium was thought to be used by professional team at training camps, but it also can used for matches, and for that it has got specific facilities for the technical teams, logistics, guests and press. It has sheltered stands with 1700 seats, 252 of them in private boxes. In the changing rooms there are specific spaces for referees and monitors.

Athletics Track
It´s an equipment that, due to its quality, is ideal for professional competitions as well as training preparations. Is has several equipments that allow to carry out all the field and track events in this kind structure, such as: long distance, short distance and velocity events, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, high jump, discus, hammer, shot putt and javelin.
The 400m tartan pavement has 8 lanes in total, water ditch for steeplechase.
Health Club
Located in the east top of the stadium stands, it was thought so that it could have an independent functioning but with a connection to the stadium´s facilities. This way it is guaranteed its use by athletes during the training sessions. It is equipped with material capable of giving medical support services and specific treatment for professional athletes. Besides this, its functioning allows the privacy and quietness necessary not only for fitness but also for athlete´s recovery. The health club is equipped with the following facilities and equipment:
